Nice quiet neighborhood, but it is also conveniently close to the shopping and dining places along the main thoroughfare. Liked the balcony and lower patio with the view of the pond. Geese were nesting on the lakeshore, and they were a little noisy at times, but thats nature! The hot tub was a nice bonus. The only drawback to be aware of is the stairs, as it is a split level. The stairs are very steep, which could be a problem for older people or people with mobility problems. There is a chair lift for the upstairs.
