Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Huge backyard if you want to use it. Your own parking in the drive. Super easy instructions to check in and out. Hosts, made themselves available if needed. Was easy to have family come over and fix meals. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities were plentiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Muncie. My friend has stayed at a hotel for the last six years and has not found one he would stay at again. Cardinal Cottage for the win! ##### Scott L. This property was very conveniently located for getting to the trailheads. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well suited for our needs. We were visiting for a school competition at Ball State. It was very affordable and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! As soon as you walk in, the overall impression is that it is clean, and decorated with charming style, well organized, and very pleasant. Everything we needed was provided. We felt safe and at home. There is even a cute outdoor deck and a roomy backyard. We were in town for a graduation, and it was absolutely perfect with a great location. Close to a Walmart and just minutes from great coffee shops, and the Ball State campus. We would definitely stay there again!! ##### Kristina Y.
