The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. **Location** Müncheberg, district Müncheberg, 65 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Bright, cosy and spacious holiday flat for 2 people on the upper floor (only stairs and therefore not suitable for the disabled). Non-smoking only, no pets. Müncheberg is a charming small town in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in Brandenburg, around 50 kilometres east of Berlin. Founded in the 13th century, it is characterised by its historic old town with well-preserved medieval buildings, including St Mary's Church and parts of the old town wall. The surrounding countryside is characterised by forests, lakes and fields, offering ideal conditions for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and birdwatching. Particularly noteworthy is the nearby Märkische Schweiz nature reserve with its diverse flora and fauna.
