Room was not clean upon check in (found long strands of hair attached to the base of coffee table), same with the bathroom, room floor had footprints over it. Asked housekeeping to clean room again (also showed all to them). Went out only to return to find the footprints had been wiped away but the hair were still there (very disappointing, especially after showing them this). Bathroom was cleaned. Finally the following afternoon I informed front desk that the fridge in the room doesn’t work (showing them my bottle of water, which was absolutely warm). Although one receptionist said she would get the fridge replaced another receptionist tried to justify that the fridge is only keep items at room temperature and it’s not a freezer. Obviously I had to inform him that his now talking absolute nonsense (if a fridge is only to keep items at room temperature then it would not be needed in the room, you can just leave them anywhere and it be the same temperature). Please don’t treat your guests as idiots, take on board what they are saying and try to rectify it, that is the right thing to do. Just to add not really sure if the fridge was replaced as it didn’t work either.
