Had a great stay, except for one night where there was banging from the room above. However, the staff immediately changed my room in the middle of the night. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this stay for my parents and they were sometimes not treated with respect…eg they were hassled for not submitting coupon which they had bought for breakfast and which the person at entrance of breakfast area had seen but did not collect…they were told breakfast was not included in the stay inspite of buying it separately.

The location is awful. Despite being so close to the expressway, no Uber or auto rickshaw (three wheeler cabs) will take you to the Oberoi mall which is literally across the highway and which is impossible to walk to easily ! They do not take you because their argument is they loose money stuck in traffic for such a short distance. They all decline !. Expedia advertises the mall to be walking distance. There is no easy safe way to do that. The hotel has just 1 restaurant!!! Expedia advertises 2 on their site. The restaurant/hotel does not offer any Alcohol! So guests are trapped as there is no other restaurant close by, can’t get to the mall nor can they order any alcohol! Other than that it’s a nice clean hotel with kind courteous staff.

The Fern Goregaon Mumbai is a very good hotel to stay with full comfort and satisfaction for the money you paid. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and neatly maintained.Bathroom and toilet is sufficiently spacious. Bathing area is separated with a good glass door.House keeping manager Ms Ashika Babar puts her efficient efforts to get the job done effectively. Fleur the restaurent is amazing. It has many pleasant surprises with multi cuisines recipes for you. Restaurent crew is very polite and friendly. Room service is also efficient. Group Stay at the Fern
The staff were generally good - and the property is well located, tidy and pleasant. The only issue we had: two of our group arrived before myself, and for some reason they would only let one of them check in till I arrived -- this was not ideal as we'd all travelled a long distance and were quite tired. I think this was an oversight. Once I arrived it we managed to get it sorted Collection for Mumbai airport was a bit of mis-match; with the driver having the wrong name on the sign - again this got sorted. On a more positive note: It's well located just north of the airport. The rooms were very descent and the beds were good. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but I suspect that's age. The restaurant had some good food onsite - which after a long journey was very tasty and rewarding.

My Little Oasis
Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Loved the view and the detailed comforts in the room. Truly appreciated the warm interractions with the staff especially the tip given by the house keeping staff ( Mr. Pradeep) about the sunrise.

The Fern Goregeon is a small but very nice, clean & well managed hotel. They are not in a great location but work VERY hard to make your stay as pleasant as humanly possible. They even picked me up at the airport at 3am! (Pre arranged) Extremely polite and attentive staff. The restaurant on site is Very good! Ate there for all my meals for 4 days. Simply no reason to have to go out. Not expensive, so a great value!
