Staff is so so. They behave like they have no competition which is correct! Rooms are small but decent. AC in the room operated on only one setting - high. Could not even reset to off or low setting. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Getting to the arrival or departure areas is 10-15 mts

It was great to find a 3-4 star facilities within the T2 International Airport in Mumbai . Having landed at the Hotel at 2 AM and leaving at 9 Am ( 7 hours ) it was really satisfying to have a stretched leg on a bed to catch a sleep and get ready quickly to take the next flight in the morning without having to undertake any transportation to and fro from the Airport was very convenient. room was great with most amenities one would expect and so was the bathroom . Neat and clean . The Hotel also offered Breakfast and buffet dining options but we could not utilise the facility as we had to rush for next Flight. In one word it was great BUT a bit more pricey (One night was A$ 245) which was a bit overboard for the convenience it offered .

Niranta is a decent option for unwinding and rest when layover is about 6 - 8 hours between 2 flights. Prevents hassle of getting in and out of terminal and avoid Mumbai traffic.

We had an early morning flight and decided to stay at Niranta the night before. We've always had a positive experience when staying here after landing at Mumbai airport. Using this airport the night before flying out is convenient. Getting into the hotel is tricky. You have to call the front desk to send you a porter. Likewise, getting to the check-in counter on the day of your flight means going out of the hotel and taking an elevator up to the check in area (there was not an inside approach). The hotel staff is super helpful though, and it was not a terrible inconvenience. The room was nice and comfortable. The shower felt good before the long journey back home.

This property is frightfully convenient. You do not even have to leave the airport after you collect your bags. Take the elevator down. Check in is a breeze. Great rooms (though the inevitable mosquito did bother us). Nice shower, and a great breakfast before check out. The Uber pick up point is right across the street. We always stay at Niranta after we land in Mumbai so that we don’t land up with relatives at some unearthly hour.

Very Convenient as it is at the Terminal 2(location: drop off at P5 Parking > take lift to P4 > you will see main entry towards the left after approx 5min walk) but overall great customer service. Rooms were nice and updated. Bit small but you cant expect more at a transit hotel. Food at the restaurant was 4/5 but with very limited option. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the facilities and ease of transit.

We were ripped off. They stuck us in an airless tiny single room instead of the Queen room we had paid for. The bed was v small fir 2 people and all the in room facility like towels, pillows, slippers, glass was for 1 person. We could not sleep and rest as we had intended after our journey by road before boarding our flight to london. We booked for 24 hrs. Used only 9 hrs because of our flight timing. Challenged staff who confirmed at first that it was a single room they had assigned to us when i showed the photo but then retracted.. v disappointed and upset that i has used up my gold reward of £12 from expedia as a treat for this wreched place.

Be prepared to endure over-the-top security to enter the hotel. Did not appreciate the rude desk clerk during the check-in process. Considering the exorbitant rates the hotel charged, we felt like we were being treated like criminals. The tv did not function and there were few amenities in the hotel. In contrast to the check-in staff, the restaurant staff could not have been more delightful. The waiters were attentive and the chef came by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. Overall the hotel is convenient but definitely not worth the money.

Great location for early flights, cross the street and up the elevator. A small restaurant,couple Of food stands and a McDonald’s were the limited choices. Not very walkable but lots of taxis if needed. Great staff and comfortable room, has a spa on location.little tricky to find,terminal 2go in building across from terminal, take elevator down, cross the driveway and it’s on the left, watch for signs.

I was impressed with this airport transit hotel. Firstly, after a late flight and having to fly early the following morning it was really convenient to be able to get off the plane and be able to access the hotel really easily. The room was great - modern and clean and there were many things on offer such as a free 15 minute foot massage - unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy this but nice offer. There was also a decent selection on offer at breakfast though again, we didn't really have enough time to take advantage of this. Overall, I thought this hotel was great.

The location convenience is a big winner. I arrived in Mumbai at 12pm and had a flight out at 5am the next day, so it was perfect. The hotel was lovely, modern, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel downstairs in the basement of the airport, so there are no windows in the rooms. Also, make sure you get a pass from reception if you plan to leave the airport area because security will need this to let you back in.

Location was not as mentioned online . Parking is not available you have to litteraly walk with your luggage from and to the terminals . It is not inside the terminal 2 . Even you are inside the airport you will litteraly have to walk out side first checking inn and than again take entire luggage out and go the the airport only by walking. Even though I have the rooms in vip building I was not allowed to bring my taxi or my vehicle to the building area . I have to park the vehicle in p5 area which is almost. 1/2 mile away from the terminal and I have to find 6 trolly first and load all luggage and walk to the hotel lobby for 1/2 mile . They charged more than jw marriott . Breakfast is horrible compare to price you pay . I have to walk to jw marriott for getting better breakfast . They don’t even have luggage storage so I have to pay extra for 1 day charge to store 3 more hours to store the luggage. Also there was only 1 bellboy and he cannot help to take my 6 people luggage of 12 bags total. I have to hire the porter’s to carrry luggage and that is 5000 extra . This is stealing money and mr. Reddy who is the owner or the property needs serious attention . Elevators will only work upside down if another elevator will come down . This complicated to work . Security is unnecessary strict and gives hard time to check the passport and passes . Some time in night they will not let your guest go in if you forget your pass in the room. This waste of time . Water heater bad.

They advertise it as being in the airport, but the room I was in was in another wing, and you left terminal 2, walked thru a parking garage to get to it but they did escort us out and back in. Then, to leave you had to re-enter the airport from the parking garage, which was a little confusing at first... and it was 1 am when I was trying to find my way around. But the room service food was very good, and didn't have to deal with Mumbai traffic while waiting for next flight.
