Do not ever make the mistake of booking here. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STAY HERE IS IF YOU HAVE A PLANE TICKET AND A PASSPORT. Booked for 2 days paid full price and they never let us enter the hotel at all. Got bounced back between Niranta and Expedia with no refund at all, not even for the second day.

On arrival I was met by a male receptionist who had little or no interest in what I was asking him other than to give me the room key.Before I reached my room,a notice informed me the tv in my room was not working.Not a good start and it got worse!The floor the hotel is situated on as nothing but a grand view of the car park!Breakfast,boiled eggs/cold bake beans nothing else recognisable!

The staff were very helpful. KILONI was very efficient and cooperative. The first room in the departure wing we checked in had its flush broken, so we were moved to a different room in the arrival wing. That room had multiple problems e.g. the fridge did not work, the bedside tables had so much dust on them. The good part is that it's very safe, organized and quiet. Staff were attentive.

Stayed at their city-side house. The place has clearly not recovered from the pandemic — which was two years ago already! Dining room: closed (I had to walk to their arrivals terminal-side house. TV: dead! TV config out of date. Set-top box out of subscription. USB connection not working …
