After pointing this to them, it took 10 minutes, but they generously changed and gave us more than what was specified. Cleanliness was a little compromised (housekeeping did not clean the torn milk powder sachets etc...). Conveniently located, a good spread for the buffet breakfast. Heard good reviews about their food, but could not eat because of other commitments. Apparently very popular restaurant amongst locals. I frequently stay at Sai Palace Grand, Malad and this time my stay was excellent because some of our special food item demands were provided promptly. Another browny point was a recliner/massager in the room. It is located very near the Infinity Mall and a little away are other two famous Malls, namely, Inorbit and Hypercity. At the back of Sai Palace Grand there are several shops in Evershine Nagar. It is away from Airport but useful because of many other positives. Breakfast hall and two dining places are pretty good. Also, i had authorized Rs 20000(NEARLY $300 US) in that morning just to learn that there was no booking at 8.30 P.M. It was so embarrassing. We had booked a suite but we got the deluxe room instead.
