"Property was clean and updated. The room was also clean. I booked a room for 4 which included a sofa bed. There was no bedding for it in the room. I had to walk to the front desk to obtain it and once I opened it, realized it didn’t even include a sheet the right size. Only a thin brown blanket was provided, which wasn’t very warm. Our AC was malfunctioning and made it extremely cold in the room. The receptionist at the front desk did bring a space heater and extra brown blankets. I asked for a big comforter but I was told they didn’t have anymore. We had a table in the kitchen with only two chairs.. not sure where the other two were. Breakfast included which was a plus but they could benefit from some hot breakfast like eggs, sausage, etc. "

"We brought our son to Lakeland to visit a collage close by. We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to locate from the hotel. Clean and nice people work there."

"I have been staying here the past couple of years but not anymore. The staff has been friendly and accommodating in the past, but no more. I made a special request of where I wanted my room and it's always been provided, the young man running the front desk seem to have a problem with this request. I even spoke to him a few days before I got there. He was very unfriendly and did not seem to know what he was doing, I'll spend my money elsewhere."
