« The photos and description bore zero resemblance to the reality see photos - I suspect they were AI generated. There was no cottage! It was a run down mobile home with a dirty outside bathtub. It was damp and smelled of smoke, with a non working fridge and no smoke alarm. The only positive was that the shower pressure and temperature was ok. I have reported the listing to expedia so hopefully they will take it down ASAP. »

« The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago »
