Enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms. Great to have fireplaces in lounge and restaurant. Lovely staff. Could improve queen bed and have soy milk available every day for breakfast and coffee, teas etc.Amazing desserts!

Pros: Good size room and location. Set it nice grounds
Cons: Everything needs updating
Location: Close to town
The air conditioner was so noisy that it could not be left on during very cold nights. Towels old thin and discoloured

Overall disapointed could have been so much more

Pros: Location is just outside of town over the river short walk about 10 min with plenty of parking
Cons: Attention to detail & customer service, we arrived Monday and skeleton staff on board as so quiet. Breakfast was not a buffet as not enough guests!
Location: Mudgee has plenty of good restaurants, cafes and wineries, we had a 2 for 1 cook your own rump steak at Red Heiffer awesome! Recommended pub grub
Could have been so much more! Checked in was a non event and as I booked a honeymoon suite for a 50th birthday celebration would be nice for this to be mentioned by the check in staff as my partner was next to me and would have been a nice surprise. Strawberries and Champagne (actually a local Cuvee not Champagne) was included in the upgraded room and was asked what time I would like them 4-4:30pm 4:50pm phoned to ask where they were, on their way I was told. 5:20pm picked up the phone to advise don't bother as fed up waiting and a knock on the door aaahhh finally. Room was nice and worth the upgrade, clean comfortable, shower with rain shower head, claw foot bath in the living area. Overall could be a nice upgrade for a special occasion if only staff were a little more attentive to the smaller things.

Pros: Very quiet
Cons: perhaps better mattresses
Location: Good position out of the main traffic
Enjoyed our stay, facilities were good, no problem with noise etc

great location and close too town

Pros: location and grounds
Cons: Due to very cold weather a heater in room as our A/C Unit packed up at 3 am on last night
Location: nice clean grounds and close to town centre
Visited the area and wineries and a break on way home, Good place for a meals are MUDGEE MY THAI and The BAKERY excellent coffee

We had a lovely experience, the hotel and staff were lovely. My only issue was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Great value for money hotel

Very pleasant hotel. Good value for money. The staff are very nice. The hotel itself is a bit tired, but the inside of the rooms was perfectly fine.
