« Arriving early at the property as i was having a procedure at the day hospital the staff were amazing and got me straight into my room. Something that definitely eased my nerves and made my recovery much mpre relaxing. The room was clean and had a good selection of crockery along with fridge and microwave. Being able to come straight up the lifts from westside made everything so smooth at a time when excess trsvel is not wanted. The train station was right next to the hotel with a supermarket...

« Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

C'est calme ,la literie est bonne, il y a la climatisation ,on peut se garer gratuitement devant notre chambre. C'est la 2eme fois qu'on vient ici ! On reviendra ! »

« Staff are great. Room and facilities clean and modern. Studio room. No charge for using washing machine and dryer with laundry liquid provided. Car parking on site. Only downside and very small was air conditioning took a little to get used to and the pillows were a bit high for me. I would definitely stay here again and seek out the Quest in other cities. »
