The staff, surroundings, buffet breakfast excellent. However, the entire bathroom area needs to be redone. I hope because it's Africa the standards of the Holiday Inn is below N. America.

I liked the centralized location. The hotel staff were amazing. The staff upfront Margaret at the reception desk is the epitome of hospitality. Margaret is a dream. I payed for two nights of dinner for two adults. I visited the restaurant the last night i stayed there unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a manager who came up to my table interrupting my experience by demanding that I pull out my phone and rate his restaurant right there in front of him. I didn't comply to his ridiculous request. I thought it was rude.

Though they try to clean the rooms well , but room has bad smell ( May be old carpet) , phones not working , Gym equipment broken , having net issue ….. only positive is people working who are friendly…… not at all holiday standards…. Sure will not go back to this hotel

I would not chose to stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone else. On arrival at the hotel at 2pm I was informed that our room (family suite) was not ready (even though the check in time is 2), we waited 45 minutes when one of the staff said she would go and check, came back with a key card for our room, handing it to us whilst not even looking at us as she was too busy talking to someone else - so rude. When we went up there was still housekeeping staff making the bed so we had to wait outside in the corridor. When we went into the room it smelt really badly of damp - the whole hotel had this smell but this was awful. We were only staying for a short while as we had an early flight otherwise we would have moved to another hotel as there would have been no point moving to another room as we could imagine this problem to exist throughout.

We stayed one night, on arrival it turned out i had booked the wro g mother however i was allowed to contact hotels.com and ammend it for $10 USD. Both person on the reception desks was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel has an odd smell like roaches and or repellent. The carpets and most of the non white bedding are dated. Breakfast was Tanzanian good with a lovely selection of fruits. Overall it was convenient to stay there out of necessity if it wasn't for the smell we would've stayed one more night.

Needs renovation, no hot water you have to run a shower for two hours to get warm water in a shower, breakfast included but was never available . Air conditioning was too noisy .Otherwise our stay was okay and staff was amazing
