The open concept cabin offers a newly renovated kitchen and has a full bed with memory foam mattress, built in bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered porch or gather around the fire pit in the evenings with the ones you love. The Studio is a small 480 sq. ft. open concept space with a full bed, queen sleeper sofa, and two built in twin bunks. There is a dining table for four and a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has a stand up shower, no tub. This cabin is dog-friendly, with an additional $50 pet fee (MAX 2 dogs). Sorry, no cats allowed. What we provide- \~linens and towels \~cookware and serving ware \~kitchen basics \~soap and shampoo \~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags \~firewood- BYO kindling \~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided This cabin has fast fiber internet, but there is minimal cell service. You will need to enable wifi calling on your smartphone and/or use messaging apps through wifi. There is a landline available for emergency and local calls. The cabin is located on a gravel road, and is therefore not recommended for those traveling on motorcycles or vehicles with very low clearance. I am available by text, call, or email as needed between 9 AM and 9PM. Rental Rules \~Primary guest must be age 25 or older \~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM \~No Smoking in or near the Cabin \~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply) \~No loud noise or parties \~Absolutely no UTV\`s, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed \~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing \~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. Pet Rules: \*Please clean up after your dog. \*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. \*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind. \*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. It was a little smaller than i thought but worked for us (3 grown women having a girls getaway). My only complaint is that none of us could get into the top bunk bed. The ladder is very close to the wall so if you are bigger, it's just not easy or in my case, not possible. Luckily we had someone unable to come with us so I just slept on the couch, which was very comfy!The location is really close to town but the road to it is not in good shape. Its a single, dirt road with big rocks and some washed out areas. This is in no way the owners fault but just be aware of it. All in all, I would be willing to stay there again! I would come back in a heartbeat. The huge wrap around porch was fantastic. And the windows that went to the floor and all the way around, again fantastic. My little westie loved it. She would hang out on the porch, and she could always see where we were and vice versa. She felt very comfortable there. And speaking of comfort, the bed was super comfy. The pillows were excellent. I usually bring my own pillow along, but I didn't use it as yours were so comfortable. Lots of thought was put into decorating the inside, the whitewashed wood, all the different textures. And it was very well appointed with everything you could need or want. And the stars, so many stars. I haven't seen that many stars in years and years. This is a diamond in the woods. The interior was simply charming, and the girls loved the built in bunk beds. Bathroom was clean, kitchen had necessary amenities. Property was beautiful. Six people is a tight squeeze in this property, but it worked well because the weather was good and we could spread onto the porch. Myself, my sister, and our friend stayed here for a short girls weekend trip. I LOVED tbis cabin! Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Extremely clean. We were out in "boonies" but the wifi was excellent at the cabin. The porch was my favorite place to hang out. There is a very nice creek within walking distance. The cabin is a ways from town, but not too bad of a drive. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. ##### Holly W.
