Id give communication zero stars if I could because that's the amount I received. Tried to get ahold of the host all day because they didn't give any check-in instructions. Never heard from host, got to the property to find a coded lock on the door. Didn't have any code or instructions. I called VRBO customer service and luckily they found the codes in their archives. Areas for improvement include the entrance from the parking is in the back but the key is around the building in the front.
