Welcome to The Attic!  
  
We are so happy to welcome you to our little nook in Mountain Home, Arkansas.   
  
Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and 3 rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down.   
  
On July 24, 2019, the City of Mountain Home was the very first in the state of Arkansas to implement a Downtown Entertainment District. Between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and midnight daily, patrons of the district can leave a restaurant or bar with a single commercially branded paper or plastic cup of beer, wine or a mixed drink to be consumed in the boundaries of the district.  
  
We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio.   
When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!  
  
If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door.   
  
Our 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment is newly remodeled but boasts the original charm of this building, and is within walking distance to downtown Mountain Home.  
This space sleeps up to 6 people, has a desk if you’re here on business, and has a studio kitchen that has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. (Pack n play and highchair available upon request.)  
  
We also offer boat parking and RV parking!

I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was as well maintained and clean as this one! Not only that, but you can tell the owners put so much thought into details and items provided to enhance your stay. The apartment is 3 blocks from the local brewery (very walkable), whiskey bar, coffee shop, and local stores. Additionally, there is a grocery store right around the corner. The apartment is well furnished, comfortable and very welcoming. We look forward to staying here again!

This apartment was adorable! Decorated so cute and made you feel like you were in a cottage in Colorado. We had 2 grown teens with us, and it never felt cramped. The layout is very efficient and well thought out. Located in downtown Mountain Home, it was a short walk to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Communication from the host was expedient and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The Attic is so awesome! Perfect location near the square. The little touches that the hosts do from putting your name on a welcome board to coffee/tea and snacks, it was the best!!! Highly recommend!

#### The Attic Review

What a great place in Downtown Mountain Home. Parking is great, right at the bottom of the steps. Everything was clean and well labeled. Softest sheets I think I have ever slept in. We were also right down the street from downtown which had many restaurants to chose from. Would definitely recommend and will plan to stay again.

Really cool space. Great for a weekend get-away Area is beautiful with White River and Norfolk Lake. Highly recommend!

The owner really has out done herself. So many special touches and what incredible communicator! I would totally recommend staying here. The set up is amazing, walking distance to downtown, and its only 30 minutes to the Buffalo National River.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Attic. Good location and the area is very quiet in the evenings and night. Nice, tasteful decor and well equipped with drink ware, plates etc.. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Mountain Home.
