"I don’t get why anyone complains about this hotel? I love it :) stayed here 5 times already and always excited to go back bc the beds are so comfy :) no joke, took off the pillow cases so i could know what pillows they use to buy for my house. also the staff always so helpful & friendly; particularly night shift, tall guy with glasses. and daytime the precious older women with red hair and glasses :) i feel like family staying there at this point !"
