"The staff here were friendly and helpful, answering questions clearly. I checked in on a very busy Friday night, yet everyone there was calm and collected and seemed genuinely glad to be greeting us all. We were attending an event at the arena on campus and this hotel was in a great location. The walk from the hotel to the arena was very pleasant using the walking path along the River. We look forward to staying here again in the future! Great experience all around!"

"I was concerned about outside exit doors were always unlocked. Anyone walking around the back west side enterance could get inside the hotel. Kinda scary at night. "

"Perfect location and love that they offer shuttle services to and from for the airport. Staff is super friendly. Only downside is the elevators are super slow. It also seems like a common gathering place before and after the hockey games which is fine unless you’re just trying to get in your room and the lobby is packed "

"Easy check in and check out, very friendly staff overall, room was incredibly clean, all kitchen appliances worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. The tv remote was annoying as you had to mash the buttons down in order for it to respond and the channel options were limited. "
