As summer arrives, Pineview Reservoir beckons with its myriad of water activities like boating, fishing, and paddleboarding. There are also hiking and MTB trails nearby.  
  
Amenities include Smart TVs, Amazing Mountain Views, free wifi, a balcony, and free use of the community amenities such as an outdoor pool during summer months, 2 hot tubs (year-round), Pickleball courts (2), Patio areas, and a ski shuttle to Snowbasin right from the development.

Brand new development a little outside Ogden - on the way to Snow Basin. A little outside town but not far enough to matter. Townhouse is well appointed and is practically brand new. Right across from pool and hot tub. Local supermarket and gas station nearby. Comfortable beds, lots of rooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Three levels with one bedroom on 1st floor with a full bath. 2nd floor living area and 1/2 bath. 3rd floor - 3 bedrooms with master bed/bath and another bath. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, appliances and spice rack. Very nice, clean, functional kitchen. 20 minute drive to Lagoon from the townhouse. Would definitely stay here again!!
