Poor aircon! Good food!
Room looked ok when we checked in. Aircon poor it was far too warm in the room overnight and we have all woken up with sore throats! Breakfast was good! Food in restaurant was good too!

Great access to shopping mall. Hotel very upscale for Holuday Inn- nicest ever stayed. Buffet was sooo good - elevated experience. Great value!

Aircon very light with 42 degrees outside. Parking area is convenient but awfully dirty, full of birds that have nested inside the area and poo all the time on cars.

I’d like to highlight Francesco and his colleagues at the front desk/reception. They all provided exceptional service for our (rather large) party, who were all staying for a different number of nights. Everything was handled perfectly. And Francesco was particularly impressive, remembering the names of our individual party members throughout our stay. He seemed to be everywhere in the hotel all the time. Very impressive. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn!

Ac not working, concert with very loud music playing next to hotel, impossible to sleep until 10:30 that concert ended but of course no AC either. Staff was great place is beautiful if not easy to get to. Will not stay there again

The music outside our room in the court yard was horrible. Its an exhibit in the mall area with no control of the hotel. We didnt stay here because of thd noise. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpfull.

Great stay while working nearby. Had the opportunity to take advantage of the mall for dinner and some shopping as well. Nice ambience and modern look across the board. Easy access to SS7 for travel into Naples by car.

The property is sold as a close to the airport hotel, in reality it’s in a whole other town. We were gouged on the taxi service to the hotel since it was outside Naples. Once arrived the check in process was cold. The front desk associate was not super helpful and it seemed like an inconvenience we were there. When we went to the room none of the lights were working, they did help get it fixed but not how we wanted to get into our room. The air in the room wasn’t help in cooling it down. I found an information paper in the hotel that said heat and air conditioning were available at an extra cost depending on the room selected. The hotel is connected to a mall which was helpful for grabbing a few things but very different. When we finally settled in our room and were ready for a swim I asked the front desk how to get there since they advertise they have a beautiful pool. She advised us to go towards the gym. To get to the gym/pool you have to leave the hotel and walk through part of the mall. Once we got there we were turned away because we didn’t have swimming caps and they didn’t have any for purchase. Extremely frustrating, the front desk was no help. Lastly, there are no contact numbers for the front desk, I had to straight up call the hotel to get the front desk. We did live a phone down the hallway that said reception on it, but that is extremely annoying to have to walk out of your room to call. We were very unimpressed with the hotel especially since it had 4+ stars

It was fun having the mall right there to walk around in. Please note, this hotel is not close to the Naples airport, even though it says it is. Also, no shuttle to the airport. Taxi is very expensive to the airport. We rented a car, parked in mall parking and returned car at the airport. All the driving was mostly on the autostrade and very easy. Cost 1/4 of taxi back and forth.

What a unique hotel!
What a truly one-off hotel! I’ve been travelling to Naples area for many years but never been out to this part of the city. This has to rank as a very unique hotel! The reception and check in was good and the room very comfortable. But if you are expecting a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples this isn’t going to satisfy that desire! Due to the design and ‘camouflage’ of the hotel, the only view is a mound of soil. The restaurant was quiet and the food choice was quite limited compared to most Italian hotels although my food choice was very tasty! Restaurant staff were very efficient and attentive and very polite.

Interesting location, close to lots of shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and a bit small. We had to request extra towels as they only provided one. The hotel website is misleading as it says it is near the Naples airport. It is NOT near the airport- about 40 min taxi ride away!

Hotel and staff itself were great. Felt misled on things like breakfast and indoor pool. (Have to buy a certain level of room to get breakfast, the pool is at a local attached health club that you have to pay per person to use. It’s a lap pool. Used for exercise classes)

Amazing stay
The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. The food was great from the breakfast buffet to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. This was the cleanest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The location is not too far from the city center, right inside a mall so you can stay in your room but still get out to do stuff.

Place is only ok.
4 day business trip. The good, the room was nice, the indoor parking was nice. Being able to walk the mall to find dinner was nice, felt safe. The Bad, breakfast, and customer service during checkout. Tried to pay the night before because I had a very early flight, the lady who was too busy to put her cell phone down told me she could not print out a receipt and I would have to do it in the morning. Was very rude, and again couldn't put her cell phone down to help me.

Good location to do some shopping
Though the driveway was difficult to find at night, if you aren’t familiar with the area (its inside the shopping centre). Once we got there the service was friendly and having the shops downstairs was a pleasant surprise.
