From the fully stocked kitchen to the carefully chosen board games and cozy reading nooks, every detail has been included with the intention of making you feel right at home. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This inviting house features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the Main Level: The master bedroom with an en-suite, with an entrance to the back deck so you can slip out for a night cap by the fire without ever disturbing the little ones. A kid-friendly bedroom with a full and twin sized bed, both rated for up to 300lbs so safe for the young and of at heart; and second full bathroom. Upstairs: a third bedroom with queen sized bed and half bath provide a separate living space, perfect for multiple families traveling together. A second living room with x-large sectional sofa and TV is the perfect separate space for the teens to have their own private space or set up as an additional sleeping area to allow for guests over 6\. Living Room: Complete with an attached office space overlooking the front yard. Enjoy movie nights or gaming sessions with the 65” smart TV, sound bar, and Xbox station. Newly updated large sectional gives plenty of space for the whole family to fit comfortably. House Rules: Candles: Open flames of any sort are strictly prohibited in and around the home. Candles of any sort and incense are prohibited in the house at all times. Damage of surfaces caused by wax or ash will result in a $100 fine as well as cost of replacing any damaged surfaces/furniture. Smoking: -Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only away from open doors and windows. NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Dispose of butts appropriately into garbage can and not in the lawn. Shoes: please remove shoes upon entry to the house and use the provided shoe storage rack. Shoes are NOT permitted to be worn throughout the house, especially on the carpets. Please remove shoes before coming in from the back deck into the bedroom. Registered Guests Only: Only guests registered on booking are permitted to stay overnight. House is equipped for 6 people with possible room for an additional 2 with additional occupancy fee paid per day when approved at time of booking. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave premises and may be grounds for cancelation of booking without refund for breaking house rules. No Parties Allowed: no parties/large group gatherings above maximum house occupancy allowed unless previously approved by host at time of booking. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. My only knock is the 3000.00 security deposit. I was surprised by it (probably missed this when I booked) and it was hard to tie up this amount of money for a couple of months. It takes two weeks to get it added back to the credit card. Nice kitchen and cookware, we were able to cook gourmet for the family. The house has everything we needed for our 18 month old as well, which was a huge help. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The back yard and deck were a nice bonus as well, and safe for the little one. Nicole was very friendly and fast to respond. Responded fast to our inquiries. The house was lovely, clean, close to downtown, and made us feel right at home. It was truly a home away from home. Large rooms and everything you ever needed. The kitchen had everything we could need, the location is perfect, the beds were comfortable and it truly felt like home. Nicole went above and beyond before and during our stay, she even called to check on us when we checked in late (after requesting early check in) during a bad winter storm. The home could not have been better for our situation. Plenty of room for the four of us and a nice separation of space with a large bedroom, 1/2 bath upstairs. The house was super well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved taking advantage of the outdoor fire and proximity to the bike/walking trail. The home is on a fairly busy street, which didn’t really bother us too much. You will really feel like you are home here. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable. The house was clean and had GREAT amenities - it was fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The kitchen is well appointed, and cookware is in great shape. Comfortable living room with a large TV. The parking is great and the location is convenient to grocery stores and major roads. The backyard is lovely - deer were common visitors. Location is great, amenities at the house also great. The only extremely minor things were the listing says the house has AC. It does have AC units but not central AC. Not that big of a deal but if your from the Midwest just know. Second thing was check in time. The host said 4 but some of the automated communication said 2\. Very minor things. They had never stayed in a VRBO before and loved the additional space and features compared to a hotel. The home is beautiful, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully placed from the cookware to the games cabinet. This house was our second stop to be a little closer to North Cascades and the Seattle airport. This house was perfect for our family of six. Everything, but especially the kitchen, was so well stocked, that we felt like welcomed friends instead of renters. There's a sign at the front door asking guests to take off their shoes.
