Wedding Weekend Getaway
The house had plenty of room for the seven of us to gather comfortably and has lovely views. Travis was quick to respond to any questions. This property would be a great rental any time of year.

Perfect for prior to wedding venue
We stayed at the house prior to my daughter’s wedding this past weekend. I grew up in the area but never knew anything this grand was in that part of Augusta County. Travis was a perfect host, we ordered the breakfast package and a great country breakfast was waiting on us when we arrived. They even have a masssage table/suite which my wife took advantage of and have a full selection of meats you can order and they deliver for you at great prices. The house is huge, plenty of room for a family and the sunsets over the Blue Ridge mountains was unreal. Almost hate to review and give away this secret paradise but for anything in Staunton, Harrisonburg or even Charlottesville this is a perfect location assuming you know how to drive country roads. We will be retuning customers for sure.

An amazing vacation experience like no other
When it comes to pushing boundaries for a mountain home in Virginia, this imposing house was built on a grand scale with stone and wood features. This affordable vacation rental fits pretty across acres with beautiful mountains views, the idyllic abode has its own working farm with cattle and riding horses, and a menagerie of wildlife in its foothills. Lastly, Troy was a most gracious host, thank you for our wonderful stay in attendance of a family wedding. (5 stars) Joel and Jackie M

Well appointed large, comfortable home.
Our getaway between Christmas & New Years was perfect. This one of a kind rental exceeded our expectations with an in house massage room/hired masseuse. We also had Jordan cook for us one night which was delicious. So nice to not have to cook/clean up dinner on vacation. Travis was very quick to respond to our needs and the alpaca farm he recommended was the highlight for our kids. We pre-ordered the breakfast bundle from the farm prior to arrival so we had fresh eggs, sausage and bacon daily. Our friends even bought beef from the farm to take home. Thanks to Travis’s wife, we even had a Christmas tree. They go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

Stay with Friends
I’ve spent the last couple days just trying to put into words my experience at The Summit. Nothing I will write will justify it because it’s something that my friends and I are still discussing/amazed by. Stacy helped us coordinate everything with such ease and grace. Jordan was extremely professional and amazing as well. We were spoiled by his Chef selections that were absolutely divine. The farm is breathtaking and so dreamy. The atmosphere, animals, assistance at a moments notice, etc… it was just perfection. My friends and are are planning our next holiday getaway for the upcoming year already. We are truly in love with everything this wonderful stay offered. I cannot thank you all enough and look forward to seeing you all again soon. With so much gratitude, Chevon & Friends

Awesome experience!
Absolutely amazing place. Stunning views. Gorgeous house. Peaceful porch sitting. We hired Jordan to cook our family dinner when we arrived, and it was incredible. The staff at the farmhouse was so nice to give us a quick tour on our way out too. The only regret we have is that we only stayed 1 night!
