It has fun for all ages. The kids loved the upstairs kids fun zone and the adults loved the secret prohibition-themed room in the basement. It is a short ride to Camelback where we had a great time tubing. The outdoor back patio is also a great hangout spot with the fire pit and the hot tub. The bedrooms were all nice with comfy beds. It fit 12 of us easily and gave both the adults and kids places to have their fun! The kids had the BEST time with the slide and games. They also loved the separate kids area on the 3rd floor. The adults really loved the basement. All of us were also so impressed with the location to everything we needed! We were able to make it to snowtubing in about 15 minutes.
