Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home! Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and fun vacation experience.

The main floor of our home features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub. There's also a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. You can stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV in the living room, and the high-speed 250 MBPS Wifi ensures you stay connected during your stay. Need to get some work done? No problem! The workspace includes a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or studying.

The patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. With two tables and seating areas, you can dine al fresco or sip your morning coffee in the sunshine. We also have a Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can enjoy your favorite brews from the comfort of your own home.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms - one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed - and another full bathroom. The basement is a playroom paradise, with a large pull-out queen couch, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, and a large Smart TV for all your entertainment needs.

If you're looking for some relaxation, be sure to take advantage of our private hot tub - fees apply. Or, gather around the fire pit with your friends and family for some s'mores and good conversation. We also have parking for up to 4 cars, so everyone can have a spot.

For families with little ones, we've got you covered. We have a pack n play on site and child gates for the stairs to ensure everyone's safety. Please note that there are stairs to get into the unit as well as interior stairs.

Mount Pocono is a centrally located in the heart of the Poconos. The town is a relaxing escape in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. Camping, hiking, and outdoor activities abound in a destination made for any nature-lover. For a spectacular view, climb to the top of Mount Pocono, where the state of New York and Mount Kittatinny can be seen through binoculars.

There are two homes on this lot.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in a fine.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table.

We are Dog-Friendly. $100 pet fee applies per dog. 2 dogs Max. This area is not fenced in and your dog is required to be on a leash when outdoors and please keep off the furniture when indoors.
