Pocono Getaway

Perfect house for a family get-together. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The home was clean, roomy for our large group and well decorated.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Rented this to get the whole extended family together for Thanksgiving. The dual ovens were great when putting dinner together and there was lots of room at the tables for everyone. The beds were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the hot tub in the snowy weather immensely. The owner even made sure driveway was cleared of snow for us on check-in and was very communicative.

Thanks for Thanksgiving

The house was great for our two-family celebration of thanksgiving. With 15 adults and 5 children ranging in ages from 1 thru 90!! Tow big dining rooms kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators. We are foodies so this was great. Plenty of bedrooms and no one complained about bathrooms either. place was extremely clean upon arrival and the owner was attentive throughout our stay and before it. Supermarkets liquor stir and pharmacy 5 miniutes away. Very pleased with our stay for the holiday.

Perfect for a large family

We needed a large, comfortable place for 17 of us coming to a family reunion. This renovated inn was ideal. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, the large common areas (with two large dining room tables) held us all without difficulty. We particularly liked the well-equipped and spacious kitchen where we spent lots of time. And the outdoor space was great for the kids and barbecuing.

Absolutely Fantastic!

I have no words for how incredibly amazing our getaway was in the Poconos! We had 30 people (family) travel to the Poconos, ranging in age from 3 to 87. The house was magnificent! So wonderfully decorated and laid out to perfection. We loved everything! We appreciated the owner's prompt responses and information sharing. The proximity to everything was key. The house itself had a basketball hoop, firepit, huge hot tub, and covered porch, which really meant there was no reason to leave the house. We hope to return soon! In the meantime, I suggest you book your stay.

Wow!!!

We had the BEST stay here. It is brand new, clean, and so fun to be in. It was an old bed and breakfast and was so beautifully redone we couldn’t believe it. There are plenty of rooms, brand new linens, the bathrooms are gorgeous and clean. We cannot say enough amazing things about this house. It’s a great option for a big group and has 3 levels. You can’t even hear the first floor from the second or third floor which is a bonus. I will say the hot tub doesn’t get hot at all, it’s more of a warm pool so just be mindful of that! Other than that, 10/10 stay. Owner is extremely responsive and helpful as well!!!

Great for a group trip

The house was perfect for a big group trip. We had 18 guest and almost everyone had their own bed. The rooms were cozy and the host was responsive to any issues (the few that existed!). The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend - we had plenty of space for our own groceries and to cook without feeling too on top of each other. There were also plenty of seating areas to catch up or watch Tv inside or outside the house. The house also maintained a lot of its original charm. There were only few cons. It’s a big house with 4.5 bathrooms. There was a wait in the morning with this many guests. Also, the house is located a 20-40 min drive from some attractions like lakes, hikes or shopping outlets. We also wish there was some yard games provided, for example there was a basketball court but no basketball. It was right down the road from a five below and Walmart so that was an easy fix. The group loved the house and half way through our stay we were already saying that we wanted to come back.

Wonderful!!

This was a family vacation of 18 people. From 78 years old to 2 years old and 2 dogs!! There was room for everyone to sleep and “hangout” together. The separate game room and pool table as well as 2 dining tables to eat and play games was perfect. It was also very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended. Large Group Winter Holiday stay

We truly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our large group. There were just minor things that the owner addressed immediately. The property host was very quick in responding. There are 11 bedrooms, 7 on the 2nd floor and 4 on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are all newly furnished and accommodating with a few reading nooks that is perfect for kids. There is plenty of chairs for dinning and seating in the living room. Although we were not able to enjoy the beautiful front deck and backyard, due to the cold weather, it would be great to go back in the warmer months to enjoy. The location of the property is great to all shopping and activities. I foresee us coming back to the beautiful property.
