Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

Beautiful property! I like the outdoor bar and restaurant on site. Rooms are very nice and very clean!. Comfortable beds.

We should have been told when we checked in they were short staffed. No one came to our room and we called down for fresh towels, sheets and items in our room we were brought towels and sheets for us to change our own bed linens. Please do not misunderstand, I can change my own linens, but you stay at a hotel so you do not have to do that. The bed was hands down one of the worst beds to sleep in we have ever had. It is very hard. My husband had a hard time with the fun size pillows as well. We ate one morning in the cafe off the lobby and it was the worse service ever. The waitress was mediocre at best. She did not have the demeanor to handle a busy day. The faces and attitude of the staff in there was not good. We should have been asked if we ever stayed there before, and advised there was a buffet. We did both know that until after we had already ordered. My son-in-law asked her to cancel his and give him the buffet, in which she responded she was not sure how to do that. Definitely not a place we would recommend to our family and friends.
