« Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will...

« Very nice stay. ( 3 nights) I was allowed to check in early, (11:00) so I could meet with my son, and spend the whole day with him, instead of checking in late that evening, which was the meaning of the trip. The refrigerator was not working when I got into to the room. The manager came and looked at it right away, and was either replaced, or got it working by the time I came back that evening. »
