Communication with Stay Duvet was GREAT. As far as town home goes, very important to know just because it sleeps 6, there is only 1 full bath, there is a half bath downstairs. Orginal description read 2 baths, to me that means full baths. Pool was open, no actual path to pool, have to walk through small grass area that people walk their dogs on to get to pool.
