Hot tub was cold, a lot of broken things throughout the hotel, my reservation was messed up booked a 2 queen bed and received 1.

I’ve been traveling to this area for 25 years. This hotel use to be the one to stay at. Now it’s looking pretty well traveled and will do in a pinch. I’ll look into other establishments next time I’m traveling through the area. The clerk at check in was super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Good trip. The breakfast was ok, but very little options and a little cold at 830am which was surprising. Need a little more attention in that area

Most of the hotel was in really good condition, though the pool water looked pretty green. The breakfast nook gets a little over crowded so trash overflows and they run out of coffee. It's like they could use one more person to help out at breakfast time. Still everyone was pleasant and it was a good hotel to stay at. They give you the number of a shuttle service that will take you to the casino for $3 ea one way.

Staff was nice, location was great. Went to a concert at the casino and stayed here. They have a deal with the cab for cheap rides to and from the casino.

Property is a little outdated and our room was slightly musty. The thermostat is locked so you can’t change the settings on the AC past a certain point so it was an uncomfortable night.

The staff was fine. But our bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was dingy. There were hairs on the outside of the tub. The bathroom ceiling had obvious water damage that was just covered up by a sloppy coat of paint. The sink did not drain well. The rest of the room was ok. Breakfast was alright except for all the bananas had gone bad. I wouldn’t go back.

The hotel was in good shape and I appreciate them allowing pets to stay. No issues there. The "hot" breakfast was a good idea but they had no food available after 9am other than continental style. That is an important piece that a hotel like this should be sure and stay on top of... it was very busy down in lobby and only 1 employee who wasn't trying to stay up with the food.

Overall, room was very nice. When I turned down the bed I was surprised to find it did not have a flat sheet. It was after 11:00. I called the front desk, and within minutes a clean sheet was sent to our room.
