Prestation très correcte. Nous étions en suite executive au dernier étage donc parfait. Hotel bien placé pour départ de visite vers Charleston avec voiture Ne comptez pas sur la piscine, décidément trop petite.

Had a really good stay!! The only issue we had was the tv fading in and out. Staff worked on it and it worked good for a day!! Next day it was doing the same thing again!!

The front desk was rude. When I checked in the night before they said there was free breakfast. It definitely wasn't free. Then when I left I realized I was charged extra and they couldn't explain why

Too expensive, must have been converted from hotel
No vent fan bathroom. Bathroom very small. No free breakfast like other Hilton Tru hotels. I room coffee produces worst coffee ever. Way to expensive.

Nice, Cozy stay.
Very nice and clean hotel. Located not far from Charleston, SC. Staff was nice and friendly. My only downfall is we went during Christmas time and there was limited access to hotel bar and restaurant.

the hotel was fine, staff was very courteous BUT $15.00 FOR EACH ONE BREAKFAST, SORRY BUT NOT WORTH 5.00. EVERYTHING THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HOT WAS COLD, COFFEE WAS LUKE WARM. TO US THE MUFFINS, BREADS ,ETC WAS HARD AND DAYS OLD. NX TIME A HOTEL WITH FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED, AS WE HAVE STAYED AT BEFORE. THE ONLY REASON WE PICKED THIS HOTEL WAS THE CLOSENESS TO OUR SON AND HIS FAMILYS HOUSE.

Not up to DoubleTree Standards
We traveled to Mt. Pleasant for a meeting and arrived the night before the meeting, staying at the DoubleTree. We've stayed at DoubleTrees in the past (a few years ago) and did not have the excellent experience we had in the past. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, however, the bed was not comfortable and the HVAC was noisy and had to be repeatedly adjusted through the night. This appears to be an older DoubleTree that was refurbished and not well. We won't stay with DoubleTree again, especially this property.

Disappointing stay..
Unfortunately this stay did not meet the usual hilton standard. The restaurant was closed, the ice machines didn’t work on several floors, and we had no hot water in our rooms. Maintenance came and said it was fixed but it was not. I would not recommend this particular hotel. The one saving grace is that the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately, by booking through a 3rd party, does not tell you unless you visit the Doubletree Hilton website, directly. Due to a full maintenance in the kitchen restaurant and bar have been closed for the last three days and we have been experiencing some issues with heater, but our maintenance team is working on it. Thank you for your concern, we are really sorry for all the inconvenience.

The bed and room were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, location was convenient although a little industrial. Disappointing that the breakfast was not included in the price but an extra $15 per person charge which was not clear when the room was booked. Not an outrageous price but with so many other hotels including breakfast, it was an unexpected surprise.
