#### perfect getaway location! 

we stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! get location to uber to old village, Charleston & Sullivan’s island. I wish there were more things in walking distance but it was so easy to uber everywhere it wasn’t a big deal. It was clean and matched the description perfectly. It was just my husband & I but you could easily do a smaller group. The second bedroom the landing is more of a “loft” with a privacy shade to pull over & close off. Not a big deal but it’s not a true bedroom with a door. We would definitely stay here again! Great communication & easg check in process.

#### Cute little place

Super cute. Everything explained well by host. Record player was cracking us up because it definitely plays in slow speed all the time, no matter if we change its setting. Bathroom shower could have been cleaner by the door but was not bad at all. Game selection was fun. All in all we enjoyed it and would absolutely stay there again!

This home was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the location to our activities was perfect. The only issue was the parking. Most of the residents parked around the circle or on the sidewalk. One morning we barely fit out the driveway. This has nothing to do with the owner, just an observation of the complex. We would stay here again!

#### Neat, modern, good location

Property is very conveniently located to Charleston and to the beach. It is very clean, designer furnished and has everything needed for a short stay. There are some things to be desired in terms of functionality and comfortable furnishings. The air conditioning was too loud for our taste.

#### Cute home near Sullivan Island

Very cute and trendy home a short drive from the beach! Great location for a group of 4 with minimal luggage and a midsize car. The management company was very easy to get ahold of and responsive. I'd stay here again! A few cons to keep in mind: Lots of steep stairs which made moving heavy luggage really difficult. One of the bedrooms is in an open room right at the top of the stairs and there is no room to store your luggage or walk around the bed. There is a large closet in the main bedroom. Parking is REALLY tight. We drove a GMC Yukon and had a really difficult time pulling in and out of the driveway. Lastly, the washer and dryer are not full size and detergent is not provided. Keep that in mind if you have several towels from the beach. Overall a clean, trendy, safe, reliable and instagramable location!

#### Stylish, comfortable quiet house. 4 minutes to obstinant daughter 5 minutes to the beach.

Perfect for a quiet getaway. It was pleasant being tucked away the day the storm passed through. Next time I’ll bring my book light so I can read in bed. Stayduvet crew are responsive and responsible. Loved their service!!
