The rates were very reasonable given the last minute booking. I booked two rooms (one for my husband, infant I and one for my mom) and when I arrived, they offered an adjoining room without me even asking which was very much appreciated. Overall, check in was super friendly and seamless despite a large number of us there from said grounded flight. The room itself is a little dated and could use a facelift but it felt clean enough. The sheets were quite rough and it did smell a bit like wet dog- were we staying longer this may have been a real issue but for this night, we were just happy to have a clean and warm place to rest our heads. My only real disappointment was that I thought this hotel was literally a part of the airport. This is likely due to my own lack of research as I frantically was booking something, but we had an infant with no car seat and so we needed something we could get to without vehicular transport if at all possible. The shuttle itself was fine- it came regularly and was easy to find but I did not love having my infant in a shuttle with no car seat. Again, not the fault of the hotel but clarifying for anyone else in a similar situation. Overall, this hotel is wonderful in a pinch, especially if you need to be near the airport.
