The rooms need updating,looks shabby. Needs ice buckets, dishwasher detergent,sponges and dish towels. The staff works hard and very accommodating. The breakfast was OK

Other than the noisy road (knew it was likely before booking given its location), everything was great! Comfortable, clean and breakfast in the morning at an affordable rate, so great place to stay for an overnight. The staff are very kind and would stay again.

I expected two queen beds, they gave one queen bed and a broken sofa cama. the room smells like a dog lived here for months open areas with pet excrement/odor

Family review
Room was clean and big. We played with the kids on the pool till 10pm . And played board games that they offered for free in the lobby . Lobby is big and very inviting with games and tables and water . Definitely not anybed bugs as I read on previous comments . This place is well kept. Gym has a Peleton . Overall good trip

Let me just first say that I had a good stay. The front desk staff was very nice. My issue was with one of the employees who I believe is housekeeping. I had my service dog with me. When she saw him, she said “Oh she got a dog! I dont like dogs!” I said “oh he’s not a dog. Hes a tiny human” (mind you my dog is more behaved than most humans). She said “No its a dog and I dont like them!” You’re in the business of customer service. You should never act like that. Maybe something happened in the past that made her afraid of dogs. I get that. But we weren’t even near her and she should exercise discernment. We are guests at this hotel. That’s not a good impression to give.

The hotel was fine. Was it the cleanest, no it’s definitely older but it wasn’t anything like what was described in other reviews. The staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t have any issues with other guests. Breakfast was adequate and the social hour was a nice touch. Pool was great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room can use some new updates. The wallpaper was peeling in the room. It was dirty under the beds. The sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were dirty.

The costumer service and the room in general were horrible my door wasn’t working they littler put tape on my door so the way the door doesn’t close cause they didn’t have any way to open it so my family and me have to stay in the room all the time we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or anything cause the door wasn’t worth and the reception wasn’t help me I was in room 205 and was no aceptable to stay in a place like this

We booked to enjoy the pool and BBQ for the 4 of July holiday. The pool was being serviced but we’re promised it would be fixed before our stay was over that never happened. The lady in the breakfast area was rude closing the tray on my hand telling us to hurry and get what we need so the food would stay warm. I usually love it here but I was very disappointed this time. Something has changed and not for the better.

We only stayed 1 night but the room and everything else in the hotel seem very clean. Very convenient to food and shopping as we needed to get dinner and one of our babies bottle nipples had a big rip in it so we needed to get another one. Loved the parking. As I was searching for hotels near adventure aquarium, this hotel hit the 3 things on my list, free parking, a pool, and free breakfast and I was very happy with all three as well.

A NJ oasis!
Great breakfast bar, clean and well-attended by staff with rotating selections each morning. Room was clean and adequate with full-size fridge and stove perfect for families on a budget who want to make some meals at "home." Hotel was surprisingly very quiet considering location near shopping mall and major highways but we specifically requested a room on quietest side of hotel. Nice private, wooded location, screened from busy streets and shopping centers. All staff were great, easy check-in/out. Overall a nice visit.

The whole reason I chose this hotel was for the pool. The pool was empty and was not operable. Huge dis appointment. When the first picture of the hotel comes up , it’s of the pool.
