\*\*\*In the winter, we recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions  
  
\*As this is in a neighborhood community/resort, there are other cabins close by. It still feels very secluded!  
  
\*Because we are located on a mountain, you may encounter bears and other wildlife. Keep your car doors closed and locked at all times.

\*The roof is metal. It can get loud when it's raining.  
  
\*Hot Tub and Sauna usage is at your own risk.  
  
\*Many cabins in our neighborhood are under renovation/construction. You may hear construction noises during normal work hours.
