"If you love old homes and appreciate a host that goes above and beyond, this place is for you! Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, etc. are just the beginning of the nice touches you’ll find in this beautiful home. You can tell the host sincerely wants your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t take time for a long hot soak in that gorgeous old clawfoot tub."

"This rental met our basic needs. The good news was that it was really clean inside, great water pressure for the shower, & a safe neighborhood. Disappointment was the lack of curb appeal. The backyard and front yards were neglected. Mostly dirt, leaves, & weeds. With beautiful spring weather, we wanted to sit outside and enjoy. Yet, the outdoor space is woefully lacking. "Stayed here for a week for SKILLS USA Kansas competitions. All of our activities were held at the fairgrounds and HTCEA which was very convenient to location of hours. House was very homey, clean and everything we needed for our stay. Have bookmarked for our return trip next year. "

"We needed to go to Wichita to take care of some things for my elderly mother in law. However, 3 of our kids families and 7 of our grandkids live in the area as well. Although only a few of the grandkids actually spent the night with us, it was place for all of us to gather, break bread, catch-up and watch some basketball. Alexandra, was a great host and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to renting it again in the future."
