"Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais celle-ci était très agréable. Je tiens à signaler la gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont plusieurs proposé gratuitement de nous amené sur les lieux que nous souhaitions visité car il pleuvait ce jour là. Bien que la barrière de la langue était un peu présente, cela nous a pas empêché d'échanger un peu. Je tiens à signaler que le lieu en lui même est assez ancien. Cela peu sûrement gêner certaines personnes qui s'attendent à la prestation d'un hôtel standard...

"The hotel is gorgeous and perfectly located near Togendai station. Accessible by public transport, it was easy to get to from Tokyo. The rooms are perfectly suited for short stays but could be stretched for 3 or 4 days and still be super comfortable. Plenty of Instagram worthy photo opportunities, sensational breakfast and dinner. Staff are constantly helpful and wonderful. My only issue was 2 nights wasn't enough to catch everything that Hakone and the surrounds had to offer. Highly recommended."

"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "
