BUT this charming home is conveniently located to Acadia NP, Bar Harbor and many other wonderful places to visit. You can get to a trailhead for hiking and cycling on the “quiet side” of 10 minutes up the road. The house was extremely clean, had all of the supplies we needed, was very well-maintained, and was located very close to the park and all of the local towns. We loved the property - the backyard is nice and offers a great view of the stars at night, and the house is very comfortable. Kimberly is an amazing host, and she was very responsive throughout the trip. The wine, snacks, and drinks at check-in was such a thoughtful gesture and we greatly appreciated it. The host was a great communicator, and really thoughtful with a fridge stocked with welcome plates of fruit, cheese and crackers, and wine beer, and seltzers. So appreciated after a long trip. The house is attractive and neat.
