« Best VRBO we have ever rented. Jerry and Betty had everything so clean and stocked with a lot of extras. House was ready for an early check in and we were able to get the rest and relaxation we needed. We cooked our own meals, napped on couch, and only ventured out for fresh vegetables. »

« Hosts were very communicative. Proximity to everything is within walking distance, although it rained while we were there so we decided to drive and park. The living room furniture and kitchen table are now different from what is pictured... Not good nor bad, just picture not updated. Of note, this is a very old shed/storage area converted into a one bedroom apartment. While it was very cute and quaint, there was a very heavy musty smell. « I have stayed in a lot of different homes and can't always give a 5 star rating but this homes deserves more than 5 stars. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and Betty would check to see if we needed anything. We sat out on the carport watching the rain and storm and it was BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely recommend this home to my family and friends. I will be going back down to Mount Airy and will plan my trip to stay here again. »

« The neighbor hood is very nice. We walked up and down the street and stopped for ice cream. Wish we would have got to eat at the Mexican right across the street. The house is awesome! Betty was great and even set up a cot for an extra bed. The house had everything we needed. We loved the history of the house and enjoyed staying in an older home that was perfectly maintained. The only suggestion is maybe bring a sleep mask because the street light is by the house. I would recommend this house for...

« Absolutely beautiful property. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, beautiful hot tub well maintained yard with soft grass. We had our lab with us and he adored running in the fenced yard. Location was perfect for visiting Mt Airy. Host was lovely. What a wonderful place to make memories!!! »

« Great place to stay in Mt. Airy! The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals. There was plenty of space to relax. We were very close to downtown. Would stay here again!! We didn't have young children but the play area would have been perfect if we did. We did grill and enjoy the hot tub. The host communication was great - not just autogenerated messages. Great experience! Super clean, too! »
