As soon as we got to the hotel on October 22, 2022, we encountered a very incompetent front desk personel. The room 214, where we stayed, was very dirty, the carpet have lots of stains, the bed had dirty linens and the chair was full of greasy stains. I brought pictures that I took of the room to the front desk staff so they could see for themselves how filthy this room is. I asked for a price adjustment because this room isn't worth $223.00 per night. So far i have no recieved the price adjustment that was promised nor an apology from general manager Melvin Chambers.
