"Overall I liked hotel. It is quaint hotel with some minor repairs needed. The room was very nice with a bathroom toilet the ran about every 6 hours. The pool was not available."

"The air and heat worked, the parking lot was in a sketchy area, dirty, no hot water in the shower. No breakfast, did not the like the kiosk"

"Check-in was a nightmare, and I don’t think it’s this hotel‘s fault. Hotels.com, the booking app I used did not inform me that I needed to register for a room code. I showed up having to use the bathroom very bad, and had to sit on the phone for 15 minutes getting this straightened out so I can get into my room. Other than that, the room was nice, especially for the area and price. My only complaint about the room was the water in the shower was constantly going between extremely hot and extremely cold no matter what I did. It was really annoying. Also being barged in by the maid, who apparently couldn’t read the do not disturb tab hanging on the door knob. I would stay here again, but they need to fix some things. Overall, a very good value. "

"We really liked this pet-friendly hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable! We also loved having breakfast at Two Chicks! We will stay here again on our next trip to Reno. "
