Comfortable ,perfect romantic place for 2.
Enjoy the sunset at beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee, Enjoy the Lake view from the firepit, Castle in the clouds is just a short drive , Shopping at the Old Country store , Meredith and Wolfeboro less than 30 minutes away. hiking near by. Nice peaceful location for a great getaway.

My partner and I were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend much time at the property. However, it was so beautiful and clean we already talked about booking it again. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the lake. The kitchen was exactly what you need for a weekend rental. Homey touches made us feel like we were staying with a friend. Owner let us check in early and responded to messages quickly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for having us

I can’t get over how wonderful this stay truly was. Mark and Shelly are such nice people and had such a cute friendly dog! The lake access was absolutely perfect and the water was very nice. The house was so cute and clean, made perfect for a couples vacation. We will be coming back again!!

Great getaway on the Lake

We loved your cozy studio. We came up to see the Dave Matthew’s concert at BNH pavilion in Gilford (only a 30 min drive). It was so comfortable, we loved being able to walk to the beach and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch having dinner and breakfast. The weather was perfect. We spent a day in North Conway shopping at the outlets (only about 40 mins away). We got ice cream close to the house at Ice Out Scoops. It was yummy! Thanks for having us. You’re great hosts!!

The studio met all of our needs and then some. It is spacious and comfortable.Literally steps to the lake and a private beach.We enjoyed each day with plenty of things to do. and didn't have to drive all over the lake's region. We had dinner at a couple of good restaurants. The Bob House is very good. I highly recommend staying here

Fantastic Fall Get-Away Gem!

This studio was far better than expected! We were welcomed by a very thoughtful personalized greeting note accompanied by a complimentary bottle of wine. Mark & Shelly's added cozy furnishings and the cleanliness throughout offers home-like comforts. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a romantic, quiet get-away just down the street from a beautiful waterfront lake & park.
