Janet welcomed us with tea and graciously offered us an early check-in at an available room. She did a wonderful job of explaining key sites to see around the town. At dinner, Damir was most attentive and made our dinner an excellent experience. "

"This was a great hotel in Mostar! We had booked a standard room, but were informed of an issue with that room on our arrival, and upgraded for free! Super convenient location, and run by a kind family who offered to help us at every turn. Highly recommend! "
