The hotel is comfortable and clean, in a great location. I would give it a solid 3.5 stars (not 5). They’ve gone a bit overboard with providing all towels in a sealed plastic bag, it’s disappointing.

This is a very cool hotel. We’ve never stayed in this type of hotel but we definitely loved it. The location is nice. It’s very clean. The staff is great. I highly recommend it.

Good deal
Had a really good stay, definitely 5* unlike many others, and very cheap for the quality. Had to work a little bit, and wifi was 80mbps. Unlike marriot which was 4.

Perfect location. Next to three subway stations to take you anywhere you want to go. It’s on the corner of Tverskaya Street and Pushkinskaya Square. Walking distance from Red Square and Bolshoi Theater. Many restaurants nearby for any price range. It’s very clean. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are soft. Nice desk and comfortable chair in the room to work remotely. Fast Internet. Staff speaks good English and accommodating. It fully met our expectations for a family vacation with teenagers. In abundance of breakfast places nearby we did not try the hotel’s overpriced breakfast.

It was fine
I was happy to stay in deluxe room but i noticed few things the hotel need to pay attention to it: 1- when I booked the room, pictures shows that the room have have bath tub in my booking but when i arrived they gave me room with shower box. 2- no iron in the room I had to ask for it

When I arrive to the hotel they stated asking me for an immigration card that was suppose to be provided by the airport and they didn’t , so they told me that I will be illegally in the hotel until I go to the police station which I did after two day and wasted 2 hours there then wasted another hour in the immigration to eventually tell me they can’t give me the immigration card , from 11:45 AM until 3:50 PM , they wasted my time , and they gave me a room with very bad noise because of maintenance on the top floor and truly it is annoying and I have video evidences , the WiFi never worked and I was staying at 504 I complained twice , they didn’t fix it so I was suffering with no internet in my room , and the night I hear some weird noise from the toilet like water movement and it extremely Annoying , I’m not satisfied with the hotel and I wish to raise a complain , 5 days stay

I am very sorry to hear that this has affected your overall stay in our hotel. I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved the required document while crossing the border of the country. Unfortunately, we are very limited in actions to help in this situation, because the only option is to get the new migratoin card in the migration offce. We are very sorry that this rare situation has happened to you while visiting Russia. Not impressed by the work done on the top floor making a lot of noises... I was expecting StandArt to offer me a new room but unfortunately this seems to be too much to ask! Not to mentioned the fire alarm at 6am...

The hotel is very well located , at walking distance to most main points of interest . Even though the lobby of the hotel looks old and the aisles of the floor are a bit strange , we were surprised by the nice and ample room (which is the most important area of the hotel for the guests ). The concierge service of the hotel was not very good and this is something that the hotel should improve. It was a bit frustrating not counting with a reliable advice from the hotel where you stay . Anyway, our evaluation overall is positive since we found value in what we paid for the stay in the hotel.
