Please accept my sincere apologies for the noise from the maintenance work on the top floor. It was an emergency repairs, which required urgent implementation. I am very sorry to hear that this has affected your overall stay in our hotel. I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved the required document while crossing the border of the country. Unfortunately, we are very limited in actions to help in this situation, because the only option is to get the new migratoin card in the migration offce. We are very sorry that this rare situation has happened to you while visiting Russia.
