The living/dining room features a double sofa bed and satellite TV, providing a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment. There is also an exit leading to a terrace from this room. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities such as 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower and toilet. The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, houses two bedrooms with sloping ceilings. One bedroom has a French bed (160 cm), while the other features two separate beds.
