"We arrived late to the apartment as a short overnight stay on our way to Avoriaz the next morning. We'd been delayed at Geneva airport so when we arrived we just wanted to get straight to bed and up early the next morning. The instructions weren't clear how to access the apartment, when it's on the basement, not the first floor as told.
