The chalet Les Mélezes is a magnificent high-end chalet near the center of Morzine (south-west exposure), with a surface of 200m², it includes:

KITCHEN (spacious) with sink 2 bins, dishwasher, 2 electric ovens, fridge / freezer, microwave, 6 gas burners + 1 electric, plenty of storage space. Floor tile  
LIVING ROOM spacious and comfortable with, in the lounge area, a beautiful fireplace, sofas and armchairs, tv and in the dining area, a large table with chairs. Parquet floor. This beautiful room gives access to the terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue. You will be able to admire the impregnable view on Morzine and its field.  
  
1ST FLOOR:  
BATHROOM with bath and WC.  
BEDROOM 1 with a queen size bed (180x200)  
BEDROOM 2 en suite with a double bed with canopies and bathroom / toilet.  
BEDROOM 3 in suite with a double bed (160x200) and shower room / wc. Access to the balcony.  
  
2ND FLOOR:  
BATHROOM with shower and WC.
