\- a fully equipped pen KITCHEN: Nespresso coffe machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.  
\- a DINING ROOM  
\- a LIVING ROOM with convertible sofa (160x200), led flat screen television  
\- a BALCONY with table and chairs facing south with a superb view of the estate.  
\- a closed GARAGE for 1 vehicle or bicycles + a non-nominative outdoor parking space.
