This apartment is located on the 10th floor of the Malinka residence, offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the mountains. Balcony facing South-South-West.  
  
The living room includes the living room and the equipped kitchen (microwave/grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, vitro-ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc., etc.)  
  
Beds:  
\- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)  
\- The living room with 2 single sofa beds (80x185)
