One wrong room after another!

Cons: The hotel staff needs to improve their record keeping so as to prevent rooms under maintenance from being issued to unsuspecting customers.
Location: World-famous Spivey Hall is nearby (1 mile away)
We were given keys to the room we had just purchased only to discover that the keys we were given would not work. We went back to the office window and reported that our keys did not work. The staff checked the keys and issued two new ones. We went back to our room and tried again and again to open the door, but the keys would not work again! Our repeated attempts apparently startled a guy who was already in the room and looked out of the window at us. That really scared us! We went back to the window and reported what had happened. The staff then gave us keys to another room in another building. We went to this room and opened the door only to find that the room had the front of the air conditioner disassembled and the carpet torn up behind the door! There was also a utility fan blaring away in one corner as if trying to dry the carpet out. Very disappointed, we went back again to the window and reported our findings. The staff seemed completely unaware that our room had been down for maintenance. After a third set of keys had been issued, we finally got a room, but we were very disappointed with the competency of the staff.

Very accommadating

We were on a long road trip and needed to stop for the night. I reserved a room through Orbitz but for some reason, the site wouldn't let me get a room with two beds. However, when I got to the hotel, I explained to the person at the desk that I needed two beds and she was able to change my accommodations with no troubles.

Poor management during emergency, wonderful staff.

First impression was shabby and not worth the money charged. Needed some improvements. Beds were clean and comfy. Pool was very small with limited seating; area wasn't very tidy. Desk clerk was wonderful, very helpful. Had an episode where we were locked out of room with son inside. Desk clerk attempted to help us every way she knew how. Called her manager to find out a way to get in. Management very unhelpful, told her there was no other way since bolt was locked from inside. However, the clerk said when she called him a third time telling him she was going to call the fire department He finally advised her about a special card to use which opened the door easily. This was about 20+ minutes after, with me screaming at door thinking something had happened to my child and attempting to break the door down with my body. Poor management, door should have been opened immediately. (Kid was fine).

Cons: Honestly nothing. If any service was to be changed, it might increase the cost
Location: Many restaurants and local shopping areas. Movie theaters and quick access to the highway
I had business in Morrow and the location was perfect. Minutes from the job site center of quite a few dining establishments. It was near the highway so access to any part of the city easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was incredible. Friendly and quick to respond to any question or concerns.

It need some tender loving care. Things were a bit worn. Breakfast eggs were not good at all, tasted like lumpy yellow water. The woman in charge of the breakfast was great, very personalble and helpful.

There was an odor and the furniture was terribly stained. Very outdated. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! Stay somewhere else if you can.

Hotel is a little older and there is a not so good smell. Staff were super friendly.
