Homey atmosphere

The overall stay wAs very pleasant! It was in a good location and we really enjoyed the personnel that was over the breakfast area. She went over and above to make sure everyone who wanted breakfast got it. One of the rooms we reserved was not cleaned. The tv remote needed batteries replaced and housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly before we arrived. There was a dirty diaper left behind the nightstand. The front desk clerk dis come and removed it and replaced the batteries in the remote. Also in that room the curtain was coming off the rod and she had left the room before the guest could point that out. The other two rooms we had no complaints. I would most definitely book this hotel for my next visit to the area!

Very accessible to the interstate!

The breakfast personnel Jamie was the main delight for this location. She went beyond her duty and personally saw to each guest getting enough to eat on Thsnksgiving day and the day after. She is a great access to your hotel and we will recommend this location to everyone who will be traveling to Atlanta-Morrow, GA.

BED BUGSSSS

Stayed here for military traveling. Woke up at 2AM to a bed bug crawling on my pillow. Immediately checked out of the hotel to sleep in my CAR. Mind you it was 40 degrees. Left my information for management to call. Krystal never once called reached out nor apologized for the inconvenience. She processed a refund and I never heard from her. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly and Welcoming out of the 9 chains stayed

Location: I have answered this in my detailed description about our experience
Felt welcome at this hotel from arrival to check out front desk staff helpful, Hollie the night staff printed our boarding passes for us 11:15 pm and Jaimie in the breakfast room offered to put together whatever we fancied hot or cold choices freshly prepared the bed linen was fresh and comfortable to sleep in. There were plenty of places to eat within a short drive and 2 minutes from a large Publix supermarket where a lovely lady made us up two large rolls to take to the near by Atlanta International Airport 15 minutes drive away. There was also a shopping Mall just a couple of miles up I75 so this hotel has something for every traveller.

One wrong room after another!

Cons: The hotel staff needs to improve their record keeping so as to prevent rooms under maintenance from being issued to unsuspecting customers.
Location: World-famous Spivey Hall is nearby (1 mile away)
We were given keys to the room we had just purchased only to discover that the keys we were given would not work. We went back to the office window and reported that our keys did not work. The staff checked the keys and issued two new ones. We went back to our room and tried again and again to open the door, but the keys would not work again! Our repeated attempts apparently startled a guy who was already in the room and looked out of the window at us. That really scared us! We went back to the window and reported what had happened. The staff then gave us keys to another room in another building. We went to this room and opened the door only to find that the room had the front of the air conditioner disassembled and the carpet torn up behind the door! There was also a utility fan blaring away in one corner as if trying to dry the carpet out. Very disappointed, we went back again to the window and reported our findings. The staff seemed completely unaware that our room had been down for maintenance. After a third set of keys had been issued, we finally got a room, but we were very disappointed with the competency of the staff.

Very dirty and outdated, choose elsewhere!

Hotel was absolutely filthy! Stains on furniture. Stains on pillowcases. Linen for pullout sofa was all stained with Cheetos. Room had a bad odor. There wasn't any toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Dirtiest hotel we've ever been to!

Couldnt even sleep under the covers. Could not eat the disgusting breakfast. Makes the chain have a bad name!!!!
