"This home was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Space for the parents and grandparents upstairs and all of the “kids” downstairs. The outdoor spaces are as beautiful as pictured. We played lawn games and made s’mores at the fire pit. The outdoor game room was perfect for late night celebrating while others could rest peacefully inside. The home has some pretty unique features but it was cool to read the history of the house built by the owner’s grandparents. Would certainly consider staying again when we have more time to spend enjoying the property! Thanks David!"

"This rental was the best experience I’ve had so far. The property was in immaculate condition. Parking was superb, I mean I had access to a double car garage. I wasn’t able to use it because my vehicle was too large but, it is available for those with smaller vehicles. It definitely made unloading and loading my truck easier. There was everything there that one may need for a pleasurable stay, it was like brand new. Neighborhood was quiet as well. The price of the property was well worth the price. Actually cheaper than staying at a hotel in Fayetteville. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants etc. my host was extremely available for any and all communication. He actually checked in with me every day wishing me a great day, reminding me that he was available for any need I had. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone wishing to visit Fayetteville and the surrounding area. "
